Meet the Team

- John Wakefield is head of Sales and Engineering at our headquarters in Auburn. With an Associates Degree in Drafting and Design and over 15 years of experience, John brings an amazing wealth of hands on experience to our team.  This knowledge has been gained from his years with Elliott Bay Cabinets as well as his prior years where he owned and operated his own cabinetry shop.  John's capabilities range from design, engineering to implementation.  Often times you will find him out in our finish shop testing new finishes or working with our builders to ensure things are done correctly. 

Laura Brady - Interior Designer, Project Manager, Cabinet Designer

- Laura Brady is our on staff interior designer, project manager and cabinetry designer. With a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design; Laura brings both educational knowledge as well as practical experience to the table. Before joining our team Laura worked for a Residential design firm specializing in major Kitchen and Bath remodel design. After that she moved to another local company where she worked as cabinetry designer selling all ranges of modular cabinetry solutions. By combining the knowledge of design and cabinetry Laura came on board to have the opportunity to work on projects with less restrictions and more custom detailing.

- Chuck Haynes is manager of our California offices; he oversees initiatives related to design, client development and installation. Chuck has had over a decade of experience. Prior to coming on board at  Elliott Bay Cabinets he owned and operated his own design and manufacturing company from 2000-2010. During this time he gained critical experience in all aspects of custom cabinetry, interiors, fine finish and good business habits. As an advanced user of Cabinet Vision, Chuck can help bring your vision for your home or business to life with Industry leading 3 dimensional renderings. As a prior independent business owner like others on our team Chuck takes personal responsibility for the quality of cabinetry, design and overall product produced on each and every job.

- Aaron Simons is the lead builder in our cabinetry shop.  He oversees the construction of all our projects and often times leads the installation as well. Aaron has over 12 years of experience; prior to working for Elliott Bay he was partnered with John Wakefield as independent business owners and cabinet builders.  Aaron is a crucial part to the design and engineering phase;  it is crucial to us that our designers work with the builders so the end product is produced correctly and to the design specifications.
